Confirmation of receipt of notices
After receipt of a notification sent by the Ministry for Regional Development and Housing or by the L-Bank, receipt of the notification must be confirmed.

Prerequisite
The following requirements must be met:
- You have submitted an application to the Ministry of Regional Development and Housing or the L-Bank as part of the "Gaining land through inner development" funding programme.
- You have received a notification for a measure funded under the "Gaining land through inner-city development" funding programme.
Procedure
General information
- The form can only be submitted electronically via the service portal.
- The prerequisite for this is that the applicant organisation has "My company account" access.
- If this is not yet the case, you must first apply for access here .
- Please note that the process for applying for access takes around two weeks.
- Once you have completed the application process, you can log in to the service portal with your access data (Elster organisation certificate plus password).
Details of the procedure
- To confirm receipt of a notification, please use the online form "Confirmation of receipt of notifications" on the service portal.
- First log in to the service portal using your "My company account" login details. You must then enter your authorisation ID and the corresponding password. This enables us to allocate your confirmation of receipt to the relevant funding programme.
- We provided you with the authorisation ID and the corresponding password when you submitted the application for funding.
- Once you have completed and submitted the online form, you will receive a confirmation of receipt in your "My company account" mailbox and the completed form as a PDF for your records.
Deadlines
Receipt of the notification must be confirmed immediately.
