Progress Report on Urban Development Funding
The urban development funding scheme in Baden-Württemberg supports urban regeneration and development projects.
Funding is provided on a co-financing basis, with a total funding rate of 60 per cent of eligible expenditure.
The annual progress reports serve to evaluate and monitor the regeneration or development measures on an ongoing basis. To ensure efficient monitoring, progress on the measure should be reported to an appropriate extent. A progress report enables you to apply for an extension of the funding period.
Responsible authority
The regional council in whose district the local authority is situated.

Procedure
1. Progress Report
- A progress report can only be submitted electronically via the service portal. Please use the online form.
- You will need a user account with ‘Mein Unternehmenskonto’ (MUK). MUK is the central, nationwide access account for digital administrative services provided by the federal government, the Länder and local authorities. You log in securely using an ELSTER organisation certificate based on your tax number.
- You will also need the authorisation ID and the passcode. You can find the authorisation ID in the authorisation notice. Alternatively, this may have been sent to you separately. The passcode has also been sent to you separately.
- Once you have completed and submitted the online form, the system will send a confirmation of receipt to the inbox of your user account. You will also receive a confirmation email.
- If, after submitting the online form, you realise that you need to make changes to your progress report or the annexes, please use the online ‘Request for Amendment’ form.
- The relevant regional council will handle further communication with you electronically, in writing or by telephone.
